Oracle server will be down 1030am 7th Aug GMT+8

The Oracle server will be taken down to have a new switch installed that will hopefully correct the instability issues that were introduced after todays maintenance.

This will occur at 1030am 7th Aug GMT+8.

It is expected to be very quick but may take up to an hour.
